Neighbourgoods market

Woodstock - Cape town

Neighborgoods Market.

By far our favorite market of all times. A very popular upcoming neighborhood with a young hippie community. This market is filled with every good thing that you can imagine. They have a very big food section with choices from all over the world. Cocktail and wine stands for the ones who feel like a bloodymary with breakfast. A section with all the lifestyle must haves and most of them handmade. And if it couldn’t get any better there is life music in the middle of it, with great local artists. So if you are in Capetown on a Saturday this is the place to be.

Opens from 9am till 3pm.

Oranjezicht Farmers market

Capetown

Oranjezicht / Farmers market.

Near the V&A waterfront you will find a big farmers market. This market is all about fresh and organic food produced by small farmers. A perfect market to get your vegetables, fruit, eggs and meat or anything else thats healthy. South-African people love food so they of course have a very big food section with a lot of traditional African and homemade food. A good place to spend your early afternoon and have some lunch.

Waterfront Capetown

V&A food market.

An always open food market just at the Water front. You can find any kind of food here, from oysters to noodles and pizza. A very cozy spot with goods for everyone. Worth a visit if your hungry.  Most of the time they have a dog walk service right next to it, you can walk with abandoned and homeless dogs that are taken in, in a shelter and you can even adopt one if you want to give one a good homer again. This is called the Woof project from oscars arc.
