Hi! im the female part of this all, I’m a 100 % dutchie and I’m in love with animals. I try to enjoy life with nature as much as possible.
I feel very lucky that I’m able to travel with Chris, and to share it all with whoever is reading this right now.
When i was 9 years old i moved to Africa with my family and i think that’s what gave me the taste of traveling, and see more of our beautiful and sometimes weird planet.
I studied in wine for quite some years and that gave me the opportunity to explore the world in a special way like i always wanted, (and to drink a lot of good stuff)
My journey of wine making started in South-Africa and continued to Australia, and there will be much more places.
As we all know the earth is tumbling down faster then we think and we really need to make some changes. I changed my lifestyle the way i eat, the things i buy and even the things i visit to make my own contribution to a better, and healthier world.
I want to enjoy this planet for so much longer and i want everyone to be able to do the same, i want to give all the animals on our planet a better life without making it even harder for them to survive.
I hope i will inspire you trough my blogs to do the same, to go on adventures and explore this unique world.
Love the people around you,
Chris Mc Auliffe
Hi there! Well i will just say that i’m probably more fun in person but anyway, I’m 25 years old born in county Cork Ireland my dad is Irish my mom is Dutch so I’m sort of a half bread i was mostly raised in The Netherlands. Ive always been a geek for nature and i think its something to do with my youth! I loved watching nature documentaries and believe I would be there one day. Well to be honest its quite different then on tv (Not wrestling crocodiles and so on) Its truly a gift to travel the world so easy now a days. I have a strong believe in giving and getting back but we will talk about that later on in our blogs. I started Sommelier school when i was 17 years old and fell in love with reading about wine! I believe it was a way out for me. When you read about wine you read about country’s, culture, food, farming, places, wine of course and mostly nature now that is truly a way to travel while reading.
I met Sanne here and we’ve been happy together since.
After 4 years of intense study and a bit of work i could call my self a Vinoloog. After that i started working and quickly came to realize that i wanted to do more. I always have been a creator so why not start learning winemaking the idea came to me to combine it with traveling a way to earn money and see the world.
We are now traveling for the last couple of years and will love to continue exploring more of this beautiful earth! As our Earth in 2020 is quite over populated and damaged we started realizing that not every person on this Earth could live like we have lived for the last 25 years. Traveling makes you a better person of yourself! I started removing products that the World was overusing, neglecting and using badly. Ive never been better since! Traveling. has given me way more then i could imagine and ill be happy to share how right here with you.

“Traveling is a brutality. It forces you to trust strangers and to lose sight of all familiar comforts of home and friends. You’re constantly off balance. Nothing is yours except the essential things. Air, Sleep, Dream, the Sea, the Sky-all things tending towards the enteral or what we imagine of it”
— Cesare Pavese
“To understand what’s going on in the world, you have to see the world”
— Aerin Lauder
“Once you have travelled the voyage never ends, but is played out over and over again in the quietest chambers. The mind can never break off from the journey”
